Your information exists to help you support wildlife. Nothing else. We don't sell, trade, or rent it. Ever.
What we collect
When you use SpeciNate, we collect your name, email, payment details, donation history, and how you use the platform (device type, IP address, navigation). We also use cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
What we do with it
We use your data to process contributions, send you updates on the conservation projects you support, improve the platform, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. If you're a steward or admin, we also use it to run your account. We share it only with Stripe (payments), trusted vendors under strict agreements, and when the law requires it.
Your controls
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. You can also opt out of marketing emails and manage cookie preferences. To make a request, email corianoharris@specinate.com.
How long we keep your data
We keep donation and account records for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. If we make material changes to this policy, we'll email you directly.
