Your information exists to help you support wildlife — nothing else. We don't sell, trade, or rent it. Ever.
What we collect
When you use SpeciNate, we collect your name, email, payment details, donation history, and how you use the platform (device type, IP address, navigation). We also use cookies — see our Cookie Policy.
What we do with it
We use your data to run your account, process contributions, send updates on the conservation projects you support, improve the platform, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We share it only with Stripe (payments), trusted vendors under strict agreements, and when the law requires it.
Your controls
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. You can also opt out of marketing emails and manage cookie preferences. To make a request, email corianoharris@specinate.com.
Users under 18
SpeciNate is for adults only. If we discover a user is under 18, we immediately suspend the account, delete all personal data within 30 days, and refund any contributions. Parent or guardian? Email us and we'll act immediately.
How long we keep your data
Account data is kept for 7 years after closure for tax and legal compliance. Your data may be processed in countries outside your own — we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify your account directly.
