What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember things about your visit, like that you're logged in. That way you don't have to start over every time you return. We don't use them to profile you or sell your data.
Cookies we use
| Type | Purpose | Duration | Required? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Login sessions, security, payment processing | Session / 7 days | Yes |
| Performance | Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Help us see how people use the site. | 2 years | Optional |
| Functional | Your preferences and saved settings | 1 year | Optional |
Third-party cookies are set by Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication), and Google (Analytics and Tag Manager). Disabling essential cookies will prevent login and donation processing.
We also use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to check site speed. These don't use cookies and don't store anything that identifies you, so they run for every visitor.
Your controls
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or turn off Performance cookies. Look for the small "Cookie Preferences" tab in the bottom corner of any page to change your choice. You can also block and delete cookies in your browser settings.
